Tracktry Shipping Status not pulling with the correct API to the plugin

    Hi I am having a problem.

    I use the Tracktry too but not pulling shipping status even though the parcel is shown delivered on Tracktry.

    Could you please help and let me know how to resolve this?

    Please see the attached photos for you reference.

    Everything is set up properly.
