Trigger Coupon Pop Up on each load

Hi,

I wanted the popup to trigger each time the homepage is loaded.

Currently, if I have exited out once on the first load, then when I open the page on a new tab it won’t popup again. But I want it to open each time the homepage is refreshed or loaded in a new tab.

If I missed out on the setup kindly advice me on how to do so.
