Two Columns are not working on Outlook (old versions)

Hello, we are facing a strange issue after your latest update on Outlook 2016.
We are using 2 columns layout for Billing & Shipping Information but after the latest update the 2 columns behave as 1 column in all viewports. Keep in mind that in Outlook (New) everything is working properly if that helps.

I would like to mention that the reported issue with the product image size, has been resolved for older Outlook versions and thanks for the solution.

Please let up know how could we solve this issue.
