Two Issues I need help with

I am using the Shopify to Woo plugin to import orders. It is importing, but for many it is not linking the product purchased even though the title and everything that I can see are the same,
Also, for some orders it is adding the wrong product to the order. They might have ordered a flamingo design and their synced order says plaid pumpkin.
