Unable to activate Auto Update Key or enable AliExpress API in ALD plugin

Hello,

I recently purchased the ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce plugin from CodeCanyon.

Plugin version: PRO version from CodeCanyon (latest as of June 2025)

I have already entered my Auto Update Key (purchase code) in the plugin settings under WooCommerce → ALD → Settings → Update, but the plugin still shows this message:

“Please get your valid ‘Auto Update Key’ to use this feature.”

As a result, the “Get Access Token” button under AliExpress API settings remains disabled, and I am unable to connect my store to the AliExpress API.

I also received an AliExpress verification code by email, so it seems something is trying to initiate the API connection, but it cannot proceed.

I have tried the following:

Re-entering the license key several times

Clearing cache and refreshing the WordPress admin area

Deactivating all security plugins

Testing in incognito/private mode and multiple browsers

Confirming that the site is publicly accessible (not in maintenance mode)

Please help me:

Verify my purchase and activate the license on your side, and

Enable the AliExpress API connection so that I can use Access Token features (auto-sync, tracking, auto-fulfill, etc.)

Let me know if you need additional information such as admin access or debug logs.
