Unable to add products, states website is unauthorized

We have two laptops that are using the dropshipping plugin for our store. The plugin works perfectly fine on the first laptop but it is not working for the second. The plugin is installed and the key is authorized on the second laptop but it is not allowing the user to add products and an error pops up stating that there’s a 404 Not Found error.
