2) At this time, go directly to the mails menu and you can see that the entered phone number and email address have been captured. After waiting for 2 minutes, I found that the abandoned shopping cart did not capture the abandoned cart information.
3) Returning to the original product page, I clicked add to basket and then clicked view basket. After another 2 minutes, I found that the abandoned shopping cart had captured the information.
My question is that the common path for customers is step 1. At this time, there is a pop-up window that can capture the customer’s email and phone number, but cannot capture the shopping cart information. As a result, we cannot track. Can you help confirm how to configure it to achieve this? Thank you!
