Unable to fetch products when click on Category!

For classic & modern template products can be searched but I was expecting that when select memory category we will be able to search on memory related product but search is showing products from other categories as well.

However in AJAX when we click on respective category nothing pop up, plus sign revolves couple of seconds then back to plus sign and no change we can see.
