    Hi,

    We just purchased this (cf7fdb8c-7e05-4275-a3e6-68a3becd5ca8) and downloaded the file but it will not install.

    The installer returns:

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.”

    We have followed your installation steps.

    Please advise further
