Unable to request support after renewing license.

We purchased a license for the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer plugin last August (purchase code 11c4dae5-d14d-4382-a6f8-ac6adff48390), and renewed it the other day (purchase code afb5b6be-4e5b-4ed3-bb97-7954b6ce63f3). We are having an issue with the plugin (the tracking numbers aren’t being included in the emails being sent to the customer), and I have attempted several times to request support, but I get the message:

“You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.”

I see no place to confirm the new code. Please advise.
