Unable to Synch A Product

    Dear team,

    I am unable to synchronize an order I’ve made. I have tried to synch for several times and despite the fact that the order was delivered. I get this error message: “No tracking number”. In Aliorders page, the order does have a tracking number as you can see from the attachments. Please help
