Unsubscribe Pop Up does not appear

Hi,

I am trying to make the unbscribe link to work but it doesn’t.

I enabled show email popup appear on homepage.
On Unsubscribe Type I set it to email.

Now when the the email is sent to the user the when clicking the unsubscribe link it takes it to the right link /?unsibscribe but:

1) no information or popup appears telling the user they are unsibscribed.
2) In the emails section of the plugin i cannot see anyone unsubscribed.

Addtional info:

The user is in the status pending payment in woocommerce and has their name and email as details.
