Update now still appears!!

Hi
I have 3 issues
1- Helper and Shortcode are not working when I press on them.
2- I received this message: “Your site is using AliDropship Woo Plugin, reviews with photos imported by this plugin are not displayed properly with WooCommerce Photo Reviews plugin. Update now” even I press update now but the message still appears!!
3- The badge doesn’t appear with review!!
Knowing that I bought Reviews Page add-on from AliDropship to display reviews.

I need a full review about the plugin installed and everything to be working right even other issues that I don’t notice yet.
