Update product sync not working from Shopify to WordPress (WooCommerce)

We have purchased a plugin for Shopify to WooCommerce product price and inventory auto sync,
We have followed this document and set up all settings but when we set up cron and after cron time, nothing happened (not update price/inventory) in the product, also no log was generated in log settings, kindly advise how to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We have added webhooks in the Shopify store to create and update product events.
