Updating anything in bulky shows settings saved or filter applied but nothin actually happens

Hi.

I don’t know when it started happening it was fine few months ago but whenver a filter in bulky is applied or settings are saved it says everything is saved and no errors are shown in console but the changes are not actualyl applied.

For example I filter title, I click save it says
Success
Filtered successfully but nothing actually filters.

Or I adjust something click save it says again Success Saved successfuly but nothing is actually saved.
