upgraded version wont upload

Hi
I sent you an email almost a week ago about the issue and still have not had a reply hence searching the internet to find another way to make contact 🙁

Every time I try uploading the plugin is says failed, I love the free version but would benifit from the Pro as the features are ace but I just cant get it to uplaod.

Please can you help?
