Uploading photos doesn’t work

I have the pro version but when i upload photos on review, 4/5 times it doesn’t upload the photo. can you help me with this?

lavendervu from your team has posted 5 reviews with photos on my site but only 2/5 of them had photos. i have approved them all as admin, and you can see the approved reviews in the link above.
