Upsell replace

Hi, I would like to understand if your plugin can do this:
1) The customer adds a low-cost product to the cart
2) The upsell popup shows a more expensive discounted product
3) If the customer clicks on the product, the least expensive product is replaced by the most expensive product with the discount applied
