Urgent help, it seems the premium plugin is not working

Hi, I purchased the premium TMDS plugin, but it’s getting these errors:
Unfortunately, not only does TMDS (the latest version I downloaded today from the WordPress website) not install correctly but it constantly crashes (you can’t access the settings, so you can’t use the premium plugin), but also, when we click “activate,” the premium plugin sends us to their addon called Vargal, which has nothing to do with it.
What can we do?
