Urgent – no way to easy unsubscribe abandoned carts

Hello,

We have customers who later decide to order over the telephone or verbally tell us to stop messaging them. We cannot do this easily. There should be a very simple way of doing this – on the list of collected abandoned carts a button to Unsubscribe. This should then block/remove that persons email and mobile number from receiving any further communication.

Currently there is no way to do this.
