Good morning, I am writing to you urgently, because there has been a failure in the plugin and we need a solution, as our client is claiming us.
We have issued 4 prizes of a product, when only 3 are configured. The product is a gift card and 60 € Amazon, and have left 4 so the customer claims us that money and I to you of course.
I’m waiting.
