We are using your WooCommerce Cart All In One plugin together with Authorize.net CIM Credit Card / Accept.js on WooCommerce.

We found an issue where a customer could not complete payment when submitting the order from the side cart checkout, but the same customer was able to complete payment successfully on the normal WooCommerce checkout page.

We have these settings turned on in your plugin

In the Authorize.net gateway woocommerce logs, the failed side-cart attempts show:

Accept.js Error: payment nonce is missing

    Timestamps for those failures were:

    2026-03-14 15:56:44 UTC

    2026-03-14 15:56:49 UTC

    2026-03-14 15:57:31 UTC

These are just a FEW of many payment nonce errors. So we suspect other customers had difficulties as well checking out.

This issue happened today for the record.

When I open the authorize.net log for yesterday, I see many payment nonce is missing entries as well. This is not good.

Based on our analysis, this suggests that during side-cart checkout, the Accept.js payment token / nonce is sometimes not being generated or passed correctly before the order submission is sent. The issue does not occur on the standard WooCommerce checkout page.

Can you please review whether your side-cart checkout flow is fully compatible with Authorize.net Accept.js tokenization, especially when checkout is submitted via AJAX or modal/cart-drawer flow?

    Please let us know:

whether this is a known compatibility issue

whether the side-cart checkout bypasses or alters the standard WooCommerce payment field submission process

We really love how the checkout happens so seamless inside your plugin without being redirected so at best, we don’t want to turn off this setting if possible.

We dont have any cache plugins.

We’re running the latest tech stack version numbers

    WooCommerce version 10.6.1

    WordPress version 6.9.4

Woocommmerce Cart All In One version 1.1.9

    Authorize.net plugin version 3.10.14

    Theme name Divi 4.27.6

Given this is affecting our payments, we would appreciate a prompt and healthy response.

    Thank you!
