Urgent – unable to request access token

Hi

Again, we are unable to obtain the access token I select ‘Get access token’ and am taken to the AliExpress login pop-up. I then select the authorise button, but it then goes to page unavailable.

As out key has expired it is urgent we get access again asap.

This is maybe the second or third time we’ve had issues trying to update the key. It really would be better if at some point you reviewed this process so that if you have a valid license, it remains active or does the check in the background or something. But having to repeat this monthly is not great, especially when you have doubts whether it will work or not.
