USA Flag Not Showing

Hello,

Just purchased the plugin.

The other flags show as expected – in the single product page and widget – but the USA flag shows a grey box and a ? instead of the USA flag.

The demo version didn’t show the USA flag (just a grey box with a ? in it), so I hoped the full paid version would fix this, but it doesn’t.

How to get the USA flag to show?
