use initials instead of first name

Hi Guys,

Love your plug in. We just have a few questions.

Can we display customers initials instead of {first_name}?
For example. ‘Tony Smith’ to ‘T M’

Can we display enquiry messages as well?
For example. ‘T M from Gold Coast sent an wholesale enquiry 2 hours ago.’
