User Registration emails sent twice to all customers (New Accounts)

We recently encountered an issue with our woo-commerce shop in that we found new registration Customers receiving emails twice. we also checked these issues in other ways to solve this problem but unfortunately, we couldn’t figure out the right solution to this. We would appreciate it if you people can help us sort out this problem in our woo commerce shop.
