Variant-options-product-options doesn’t transfer to Woo

Hi! In Shopify there is Variants in a product and they transferred to WooCommerce nicely. But then some SHopify products doesn’t have basic variants, but those options are located in variant-options-product-options, I found it accidentally: upper right corner of Shopify product / More actions / Edit product Options. Is there a way to get these options transferred? I also tried with CSV but these didn’t move that way either.
