Variation Image change NOT on first page load

Hi there,

as a happy plugin long-time-user I would like to ask for an option in plugin settings to change the product image with a available variation image only on “variation change” and NOT on “first page load”.
That would be very nice option for finer adjusting the image display in special conditions!

Another thing I would like to mention:
I work with “Custom Attributes” and the “Change product image”-option is not working as expected!
Even if “Not change” is selected, the product image was changed to the variation image if available.
