Variation swatches “Show more” button

Hello. Is there any way to replace current slider for more than X product with option like “Show more”. For example- I have 10 variations but want to display only 3 on first page open, below 3 variations there would be a button “Show more” that displays 7 more. Is this already provided or how possible is that?
