variations not showing up After updating Product after importing

Hey First of All Thanks for Developing this wonderful Plugin. I am setting up a dropshipping shop and using your plugin for importing products

The plugin works correctly for importing products but after importing products to my site whenever I update the products some variations of the product lose automatically.
