Variations Options Does Not Fade if Not available

I update to the latest version but I am facing an issue with a specific product.
The product (pant) have 2 different options: Waist Size and Lenght
On the products page, the variations do not appear under the picture as other products.
Also when the customer enters the product page the attributes appear all as available (dark black) and not faded as it should be. That makes the availability check difficult.
How could this be corrected?
