Vendors unable import products from Aliexpess Dropshipping or Chrome extension

    We recently purchased the AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce (ALD) plugin for our multi-vendor marketplace platform, which is built using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Dokan Pro.

    Our expectation is that once the platform admin configures and enables the ALD plugin, individual vendors/sellers should be able to access its features (such as importing products) from their vendor dashboard. However, we are encountering an issue where the plugin’s functionality is not working as expected for vendors:

    Issue Description:

    Vendors can see the ALD links in their dashboard after logging in.
    When they click on the links to import products, the screen turns gray, and they are unable to proceed further.
    The ALD Chrome Extension is installed successfully and works as intended when the platform admin is logged in, but it does not work during vendor login.

    Configuration Details:

    The ALD plugin is enabled and configured at the platform admin level. Please note we are using Woo Commerce based multi-vendor plugin so we expect many vendors to register their accounts on our platform.
    Dokan Pro Plugin is used for vendor management, and vendors have their own dashboards.
    Vendors should ideally have access to ALD features to import products into their individual stores.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

    Verified that the ALD plugin is correctly configured and operational at the admin level.
    Ensured that the Chrome extension is installed and functioning for the admin account.
    Checked vendor roles and permissions to confirm they can access ALD links in their dashboard.
