Very slow import speed even with PRO version – system status OK

Hi,

I recently upgraded to the PRO version of W2S – Migrate WooCommerce to Shopify, but the import process is still extremely slow.

Even when importing:

Only 1 category

Or a small number of products

With most options disabled (customers, orders, coupons, etc.)

the import stays loading for a very long time, sometimes appearing stuck on the spinner.

Important notes:

Importing 1 single product works fast

Importing more than that becomes very slow

Product categories enabled or disabled does not change much

Products are simple and variable (with sizes/variants)

System Status
The system status is fully OK:

file_get_contents: enabled

file_put_contents: enabled

mkdir: enabled

PHP Time Limit: 3000

PHP Max Input Vars: 3000

Memory Limit: 768MB

No server errors are shown in the plugin logs.

Shopify connection

OAuth connection configured correctly

App installed successfully in Shopify

Required API scopes are set

Connection test passes

Could you please confirm:

If this import speed is expected due to Shopify API limits

If there is any optimization recommended for large or variable products

If PRO version provides any queue/batch optimization that needs to be enabled
