Hello,I already opened a ticket last week. I also paid for 6 months of support!!!
Why isn’t anyone responsing to me? This is ridiculous. Do I need to start compalining to WooCommerce and leave you guys all kinds of bad reviews everywhere? I am getting very upset here. If I don’t hear from you soon and don’t receive support I am looking for- I will do what I have to do. This is crazy guys, it really is and very unfair!
My W2S plugin is NOT WORKING. Even though it shows that item gets uploaded from Woo to Shopify, the green barf says 100% completed, the item is not uploading to Shopify. In my previous ticket from a few days ago I sent you my site info with login credentials. No one responded. Then Lavender wrote me a quick generic email to open the ticket here. The ticket was already opened but still no reply or help from you 🙁
