want to know about extension integration

I am making a website for my client and I have my clients’ Ali express account details,
I have a question, I have set up my client’s website on my browser using your plugin, and import all the products from Ali express, if my client also installs and setup the extension of their browser do the product also proceed to order fulfillment on their browser?
