Want to only import specific categories from Shopify?

I tried to import products from Shopify to Woocommerce using your plugin and paid for the advance vers. I used the “Filter results by collection ID” but then noticed more products imported and not just from the collection I wanted.

Also, once they are imported, will they continually sync with Shopfiy to update things like price updates and stock quantities? If not, do I have to do this manually all the time?
