Webhook stopped working and causing strange outcome. Disappointed

Installed plugin yesterday, the paid version. imported products from shopify, success. setup webhook to keep them in-sync, worked for 3 hours. Today when stock quantity is updated in shopify, the webhook log in your plugin says it was updated, however when i check inventory in woo, all it did was disable “Stock management: Track stock quantity for this product” checkbox in Woo, for that particular product, when actually in this case it should have increased inventory quantity from 3 to 30, i tried several times, each time update comes in on the webhook from shopify, the same issue occurs. I am very disappointed, go to bed working, wake up not working. I paid for this because I need a reliable system. Can you please explain how to fix this.
