What is the feed url for the review comments photos

Hi, I am looking for the wordpress feed url for the comments containing the photos.

My current customer reviews page is here, and it is working perfectly: https://www.discus.com/customer-reviews/

However, when I access to comments feed, I do not see images. https://www.discus.com/comments/feed/

What is the correct feed url with the images? Thank you.
