What is the proper way to extract currency rate in another plugin?

I”m getting back with a question:

The third party gives us the prices using national currency, since we use euro also I’d like to convert the pricing to proper value.

So my question would be:

How do I can get the “RON” currency rate from WooCommerce MultiCurrency plugin?

Does this plugin offers some sort of API code or implementation that can be called from another third party plugin?
