Wheel does not load regardless of setting changes

I purchased this plugin today and have failed to have it work correctly.

You will notice that the wheel does not load as desired:
– On homepage it does not load at all, I assume something conflicting with the SliderRevolution plugin I am using?
– On subsequent pages it loads, but it’s not consistent and the page assets load oddly.
