Wheel Text & Boader

Hi

Im trying to modify the wheel text as follows (refer attached files to view current versus the Design I am trying to adhere to):
1. Bold the first line of text e.g. in the Label field I have ‘LUCKY YOU\nSpin Again’. I want to bold ‘LUCKY YOU’
2. Center the text label. Currently its right aligned so the 2 lines of dont look right to the the right alignment

Then, Im also trying to increase the boarder width of the wheel and apply a gradient.
Lastly, I would like to see if I am able to apply a shadow to the centre.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with the above.
