When auto fulfilling orders, can ALD change the State / County position in address?

In Japanese address format, State/County is placed in the leftmost position of the address, but ALD default placed State/County in the rightmost(western address format) when auto fulfilling the orders on Aliexpress.
Is it possible to change the position of State/County to leftmost position when auto fulfilling?

Like this:
Default ALD address on aliexpress: 横浜市 緑区長津田2-34-6-407, Kanagawa
Can we change to this?: Kanagawa, 横浜市 緑区長津田2-34-6-407
