will not update

Hi,
The plugin will not update, for over six months I have tried to update it. There is another problem with the app , when it goes to the checkout it is put the comment in the wrong place when the person changes currencies Instead of 50 euro, at the check it becomes 50,000 euros which are setting customers running. can you help
