Wish to get refund

Hello, a lot of functionalities are not working, like two columns in designer transfer to one column in a mail, some mails are not coming, dividers are not shown in mails although are in designer, some mails are not coming.
Please, do not ask me to provide admin access, just refund me my money – I’ve already spent a way too much time for changing templates etc.
