Wont Send Review Email to the Customer (Customers who dont have accounts)

    Hi,
    Im having trouble with the review email notification on NON LOGGED IN USERS / NON REGISTERED Customers

    IF a user is REGISTERED AND LOGGED IN, and purchases a product, they can receive a review email notification.

    But if the user dont have an account or not logged in while purchasing the product, they CANT receive a review notification.
