woo coupon box is bugged

Hello, i am having some problems with the plugin on this site: http://www.upotent.ro .

If i subscribe the pop up still re-shows if i keep scrolling. It happens on all browsers on desktop and mobile.

And on mobile the pop-up is huge. The “x” closing button is barely visible.
