WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery

Hi

I am using your plugin WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery. At the moment my website is in test phase. I want users to come to the site and when the add items to the cart i need to know what they have added. I am not taking any payment i just want to be able to see what items customers are most interested in. Can it be possible that when the customer adds the item to cart this is logged without them having to register an email address. Also is the cart logged if he customer closes down the browser.

I can’t seem to get it to work.
