WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery Emails not being sent automatically

Hello,

I tried your plugin before buying it. It seems to capture members and guests abandoned cart but we see in Reports that none of the e-mail are being sent automatically after predifined minutes and hours. We can able to send manually e-mail to those captured e-mails but it not work automatically. I use WP mail SMPT plugin, could some plugin block it or it is not able to send e-mails automaically in free version?
