WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor to add an Additional Comments Field not showing in emails

I am using WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor to add an Aadditional Comments Field on my Checkout Form. If the Customer add comments they show on the Store New Order email and also on the Customer Order Compelte email but if they do not add a comment, the email just shows an empty space.

Is there anyway to at least force it to print the Note label even if the customer doesn’t leave a note?

When the do leave a note, it shows properly in both emails.
