Woocommerce is not using the right template

Hi Villatheme,
I’m writing you from Italy.
I purchased your WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium plugin as I’m preparing a mini website for a donation campaign for my future startup.

I made a new template form scratch and I associated it with the “completed payment” option on woocommerce emails. I putted the number 2 in order that it could have the priority among other email options. I associated it with the right email template clicking on the pencil and it’s giving me the right one I created before. I created a also a predefined template as you advice on the replies for the same problem.

Once I setted up all I did a payment simulation that worked fine but the confirmation email I received wasn’t the one I created before. The theme I’m using is Flatsome and I have Flatsome Child as a main template.

Please help me resolve this problem. I’m loosing precious time to lunch the campaign.
